Responsibilities:
Sales Projections & Pipeline Growth: Set up sales projections and actively grow the sales pipeline.
Strategic Sales Activities: Drive key activities, including strategy planning, customer relationship development, discovery assessment, solution definition, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
Relationship Management: Nurture and manage relationships with existing accounts.
Market Growth: Drive significant growth for both existing and new clients, achieving or exceeding individual quotas.
Collaboration: Work with the company leadership team to define and execute TechVariable’s US outreach and marketing plans.
Event Participation: Attend sales events and seminars related to our services and accelerators.
Proposal Formulation: Create winning proposals based on a cohesive strategy that leverages deep industry, customer, and digital product knowledge.
Engagement Planning: Define, execute, and own engagement plans for key prospects.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing company environment with a minimum of 5 years.
Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of modern data, cloud and AI/Landscape.
Passion: A strong desire to be part of a growth-stage digital transformation company.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to reach and develop relationships with executives in key verticals
B2B Sales Experience: Extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly in software services, and managing enterprise accounts.
Business Development: Significant experience in business development and focusing on digital transformation, data and cloud solutions.
Solution Selling: Experience in educating and building trusted relationships with technologists, executives, business owners, and legal teams to quickly execute retainer-based agreements.
Customer Understanding: A passion for understanding customer challenges, goals, and requirements related to machine learning, AI, and digital transformation.
Negotiation Skills: Extensive experience negotiating large multi-year enterprise agreements and navigating the procurement process to drive sales with Fortune 1000 accounts is a plus
Adaptability: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and an ambitious workload.
